Key Responsibilities:
- Menu Development: Create and maintain an authentic Thai menu that balances traditional and contemporary dishes, aligned with Amari’s standards.
- Culinary Execution: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
- Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
- Ingredient Sourcing: Collaborate with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic Thai ingredients.
- Guest Experience: Interact with guests to showcase the authenticity and story behind Thai cuisine.
- Cost Management: Monitor kitchen operations, manage inventory, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Qualification:
- Proven experience as a Thai Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
- In-depth knowledge of traditional Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
- Ability to create innovative dishes while preserving authenticity.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
