Key Responsibilities:

  • Culinary Execution: Oversee food preparation, presentation, and service to ensure exceptional quality and consistency.
  • Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and manage the kitchen team, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.
  • Ingredient Sourcing: Collaborate with local suppliers to source the freshest and most authentic Thai ingredients.
  • Guest Experience: Interact with guests to showcase the authenticity and story behind Thai cuisine.
  • Cost Management: Monitor kitchen operations, manage inventory, and maintain cost efficiency without compromising quality.


Qualification:

  • Proven experience as a Thai Chef in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional Thai cuisine, ingredients, and cooking techniques.
  • Ability to create innovative dishes while preserving authenticity.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with food safety and hygiene regulations.
